The hotel was relaxing and the location was marvellous just off the main areas and many restaurants. The staff were super and courteous, everything was great! Appreciated amazing bathroom and a seating area, an ironing set and a work desk in our suite. A handy kitchenette was a big plus.

Friendly faces in a quiet place
The staff welcomed us with warmth. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, soothing the morning rush.
The closed outdoor pool was a letdown. We also struggled with room lighting, missing bulbs made it difficult to unwind comfortably.

The outdoor pool was closed despite looking ready!!! Poorly maintained room features like door gaps letting in noise, and missing toiletries need urgent attention!!! Addressing pet deposit issues without disrupting guest comfort could improve hospitality!!!
